Turkish Delight!



This is a delicious recipe! But, there's only ONE thing I would do differently, do NOT put the powdered sugar on the bottom of the pan, use cake realease. It makes hard, chalky bals in the bottom of the candy. Other than that, it was really good!

Oh Wow! Thanks for the link to this recipe! I have tried making turkish delight 2 times and both times it did not turn out. Maybe I'll have to try this recipe!

You're welcome!
Just PLEASE remember, do NOT put the powder sugar on the bottom of the pan before you pour in the candy. Use a light coating of butter. Or, butter and flour, like in a cake.
